Casa Sarita is a beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable 5 bedroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras. This community's convenient location allows easy access to the amusement and eco parks in the area, as well as cenotes, beautiful beaches with white powdery sand and Mayan Ruins. The perfect spot for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation in the Riviera Maya.

This elegant villa features a lush tropical garden on a 9 hole golf course and offers all the comforts of a luxury home. The tranquil courtyard welcomes you with a beautiful fountain and covered seating areas on the porch. The light, open and airy spaces offer several options for relaxation after a day of activities. Whether you are enjoying the pool or garden views from the second floor terraces, reading a book from the library collection in the sitting area on the second floor, relaxing on the covered patio, taking in some sun on the pool deck, having a drink at the outdoor bar while you barbecue or listening to your favorite music from the speaker system with iPod hookup, you will feel at home in this vacation villa. Spend your evenings watching the sun set or star gazing from the hammocks under the palapa on the roof terrace. End your day with a movie from the movie collection. Wi-fi available throughout house.

The villa has 3 bedrooms on the second floor, and 1 bedroom on the first floor in the main house. The 5th bedroom has a private entrance but can also be accessed from the main house. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air condition and ceiling fans.

There are dining spaces inside and on the covered patio. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped and you can pamper yourself by booking your personal chef in your villa.

Some of the special touches of this villa are oversized showers, two bathrooms with spa, jetted tubs, beautiful hand polished wood furniture, high ceilings, living room with two story ceiling and a beautiful chandelier, fine marble throughout, and impressive columns. I am so sorry to hear that you were not happy with your visit to our villa. We had no idea as you even extended your stay with us. I know you were unhappy about the charges from the dogs you left unattended in the house, but as I explained, the workers are not responsible for taking out your dogs and leaving them locked in the house for long periods of time resulted in them going in the house and chewing up several pieces of furniture. We try to keep the villa the way we want to have it when we are there so could not have guests use any of the damaged mats/rugs in the villa. We had to pay a service to sanitize the villa and several pieces of furniture had to be profesionally refinished. All paperwork was sent to Flipkey and they approved this. I explained that we do not normally take pets for this reason but I was trying to help you out. I asked Flipkey to explain the exchange conversion to you as this was all done by them. We have had Mexican guests and there has been no problems with the charges. We will continue to offer the best service we can as we try to give our guests the best vacation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephney (the owner) a message.

If Stephney (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
