Beautiful 2 bedroom (also have a queen size inflatable mattress), 2 bathroom condo with a full kitchen stocked with all appliances and accessories, including drinking water service, is just a relaxing 6 to 7 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of the Riviera Maya on the Caribbean of Mexico. Holladay House is located in the Villas las Palmas II complex on the second floor with a balcony that has a jacuzzi tub and all the modern ammenities of home! A Welcome Book with an abundance of information, Wireless WiFi, TV (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom), Roku so you can access your Netflix account, DVD players with DVD’s for adults and kids, cards and some games and lots of maps of the Riviera Maya area along with many brochures of several local attractions (Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, Snorkeling, shopping, Ferry to Cozumal and so much more!). There's a safe in the master bedroom for piece of mind. Villas las Palmas II has an elevator (all is handicap accessable) to all floors, including the roof, where there is an infinity salt water pool, bathroom with an outdoor shower for rinising off, lounging areas and BBQ kitchen area. The golf course is practicully in the back yard, in the safe, gated community of Puerto Aventuras which is between Cancun and Tulum so central to everything! Puerto Aventuras has it’s own shops, restaurants, stores, swim with the Dolphins, Sea Lions and Manatees, Tennis and Raquetball courts, church, laundry, dentist, Doctor, farmers market (on Wednesdays and Saturdays), gym, massage, beauty shop and so much more just a 5 minute walk from Holladay House. Puerto Aventuras also has the only marina on the entire Riviera Maya! Holladay House is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Ask for more info. Once you book Holladay House, I will need the first and last names of the adults staying. Also, please send me your contact phone number and your email address. I will send you a welcome package with all the information you will need about Holladay House itself and the surrounding areas as well as your own door code. I will also give your phone number to my property managers so they can contact you via text using a free app about your arrival and check-in details. They live in Puerto Aventuras so are always close if you need anything concerning Holladay House.

Please no partys or events. Only people on the rental agreement are allowed to use Holladay House or any parts of Villas Las Palmas. Smoking is only allowed in the front yard area, or on the balcony if the sliding doors are kept closed.

Please note: I do NOT charge for cleaning. If you are booked for 10 or more days, I will have the cleaning ladies come once per 10 days for NO extra charge. If you want them more often, then they will charge you a small fee.

Why can't I call Rene (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Rene (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rene (the owner) a message.

If Rene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
