This is our beautiful garden apartment Lavender, located in Andalucia Garden Club, one of the most sought after residential complexes and area in Nueva Andalucia /Puerto Banus, with only 100m to all amenities such as Centro Plaza and Marbella Arena, restaurants, food stores, entertainment and 7 minutes walk to the beautiful beaches and world famous Puerto Banus marina with high end shopping, international restaurants and nightlife.

This lovely condo is recently refurbished and is tastefully furnished to a high standard, including wireless Wi-Fi and a Weber barbecue grills (gas), everything to make your stay as relaxing and unforgettable as possible. You also have two large sunny terraces, surrounded by wonderful tropical garden and a large beautiful swimming pool.

This residence consists of 3 spacious bedrooms with two double beds (180cm) and two twin beds (90cm) and two bathrooms (with walk-in showers). From the kitchen there is an open view to the beautiful living room and dining room. The living and dining room opens up with sliding glass doors directly to the large sunny terrace located in a southwesterly direction and overlooks the tropical garden. The terrace is divided naturally into two sections, a dining area and a relaxation area with modern lounge sofas where you can enjoy the atmosphere. On the terrace you will find a Weber gas grill for your use. There is also a small terrace with morning sun, where you can enjoy both delicious breakfast and sun - if you wish.

All the rooms have electric roller shutters.

This property is located in a residential complex named Andalucia Garden Club, one of the most popular complexes in the area, because of the beautiful location and proximity to everything. A car is not necessary here. The complex is gated with 24 hour security guard and has a tennis court, large beautiful communal gardens and a wonderful pool area, including a small pool for children.

You have, literally on your doorstep, a wide range of international and local restaurants, convenience stores, beautiful beaches, great shopping and world-famous jet-set marina of Puerto Banus. Experience Puerto Banus and Marbella attractions, nightlife, historical gems, beautiful beaches and chiringuitos.

Every golfer's paradise is just five minutes away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
