The apartment is newly painted and furnished. Most of the equipment is new. The area is quiet and safe. It is situated within walking distance to Puerto Banus and to the beach.

Apartment with big terrace and a small garden in a quiet location approx 1 km (3/4 mile) from the beach and all amenities in Puerto Banus. The urbanization is very secure and close to the apartment there are two swimmingpools (one for small children).

Please respect that we do not rent out to hen or stag parties!

I am very sorry that you were disappointed with the stay. The fourth bedroom is reached by crossing the garage (you do not have to go outdoors, it is an indoor garage), and normally there are no obstacles like broken glass etc there. The guest coming after you did not notice anything of this. I am a grandfather myself and spend a lot of time in the apartment with my grandchildren. I think it is very suitable for young children, they often ask me if we can go there. The hot water shortage also confuses me since there has been nobody, before or after you complaining about this. I know you had problems with the tv-set and the hob. Normally there are no instructions needed to handle things like that. Nobody else have complained about difficulties managing these machines. I have apoligized for the lack cleaning of the oven, it was a mistake by the cleaner. I am aware that you wanted a refund, and we understood that you expected that,or you otherwise should give us bad references here. So, we just have to accept that.

How do damage deposits work?

If Olof (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
