LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol beach resort area of Southern Spain with its great climate and long stretches of Mediterranean beach, our villa is perfectly located for enjoying a relaxing holiday immersed in Spanish culture and atmosphere.

The villa is in the town of Puerto Banus, sandwiched between the Mediterranean sea and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, providing a micro climate considered to be the best in Europe.

As the villa is just a short walk (8 mins) to the safe, sandy beaches of Puerto Banus there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy a variety of water sports, swimming and sun bathing.There are several top class golf courses close by with the opportunity to rent all equipment if necessary.

The town centre of Puerto Banus is just a 5 min walk from the villa and it provides a wide range of shops, designer boutiques, restaurants and bars to suit all ages and price ranges. 8 min walk to the beach. Shops, restaurants 3 mins walk.

Marbella is 4km away, easily accessed on foot along the beach-side promenade or by car along the 'Golden Mile'. Marbella old town, with Orange Square at its centre, is very typically Spanish..... with narrow winding streets and a great selection of bars and restaurants.

The villa is located in a small residential cul de sac in an enviable position close to all amenities. A car is not necessary and this is a bonus as parking in Puerto Banus is limited and expensive. However, if you prefer to have a car to explore neighbouring areas there is safe parking right outside the property.

There is access for wheelchairs both outdoors and inside the house.

The bright spacious semi open plan interior provides very comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. All rooms have independently regulated air conditioning/heating units and cream marble tiled floors. The bathrooms are fully tiled and fitted to a high standard.

The elegant sitting/dining room opens onto the covered terrace and south facing terraced pool area. There is a dining table which seats 8 and a flat screen Smart TV suitable for streaming Netflix etc. There is high speed fibre optic WiFi and books and games for adults and children.

The spacious kitchen is adjacent to the living area and is fully fitted and very well equipped, complete with a large American style fridge-freezer.

Also on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. One is a double room with an ensuite bathroom ( free standing bath and separate shower) with direct access to the pool area. The other two are twin rooms, each with two single beds, which can be put together if required. These two rooms share an adjacent shower room.

The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor, accessed by a marble stairs from the entrance hall. It has a 180cm bed, extensive built-in wardrobes, en suite shower room. It has a large, private, south facing terrace with sun loungers and breakfast table.

Towels and pool/beach towels are supplied and all beds are made up with good quality linen on arrival.

A baby cot with linen, and a high chair are available on request.

During rentals of 2 weeks during July and August a mid stay cleaning service of 4 hours, plus a full change of linen and towels are included in the price.

Outdoors, the pool, terraces and garden are South facing, sun drenched and for your exclusive use. The covered terrace, accessed from the sitting/dining area has comfortable rattan furniture for relaxing and dining. A double awning with remote control provides extra shade when needed. The marble tiled terrace around the pool has sun loungers and side tables. Adjacent to the pool there is an outdoor shower, and changing room with toilet and wash basin. The pool has a roll on security cover for safety and heat insulation.

The west facing decked terrace has a dining table and chairs to 8 people and a Weber BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining in the evening. There is also a wall mounted awning over comfortable seating on a couch and easy chairs with coffee table. The remainder of the garden is lawn bordered by flowering shrubs and a small fountain.

The 7.5m x 3.5m pool has roman steps for easy access at the shallow end and it is heated outside of Summer season, if requested. A small supplement is applied, depending on the time of year and duration of the stay. The recently installed cover gives total security if there are young children in the group.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bernadette (the owner) a message.

If Bernadette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
