From the owner

Our beautiful semi-detached townhouse is located in the peaceful and exclusive gated Community of Paraiso Hills. It is a complex of 68 detached houses divided in 8 blocks and in two split levels. Every property maintains its privacy and beautiful gardens surround the different areas.
All the perimeter of the community is fenced and the main entrance is guard by a vigilant at nights and access to community is through automatic doors which open with remote control given to visitors at the moment of arrival.
Each property has private parking on the drive an intercommunication system.
Only 10 minutes' drive to Puerto Banus and Estepona Town. Excellent location and well communicated, near all kind of services, amenities and beaches. Nice place to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather of the Costa del Sol and from here plan all your day trips to Marbella, Sotogrande, Tarifa, Ronda or any town nearby which are from the property no more than one hour driving distance. If you feel like walking it is possible nearest… restaurant public transport, small shops 10 minutes' walk but little hilly. We highly recommend having a car.
The House is divided in two levels: Downstairs coming in from the main entrance, is a small hall which gives access to kitchen, one w/c ,lounge/dinner, terrace and garden. The area is very large, sunny and open plan, with great views to the garden. Two leather sofas, chairs, TV, dining table for 8 and others are part of the furniture. There are 3 sets of glass double doors from the living room to the covered garden terrace on which you will find two sun loungers and table for six.

Why can't I call Giorgio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giorgio (the owner) a message.

If Giorgio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
