This first floor luxury apartment located within walking distance of Puerto Banus has been furnished to the highest grade by an interior designer. The apartment offers 1 Double Bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite). All rooms come complete with Air-conditioning/heating and marble floors.

The living room has a smart TV with local and UK stations, Xbox One, Android TV box, DVD player and high speed wireless internet. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher and washing machine. Off the living room there is a terrace with table and seating for four people. It has beautiful views over landscaped tropical gardens, a wonderful place to soak up the evening sun. The complex is a low rise development with great atmosphere and is centrally located in a golfers paradise. The complex offers great facilities including a communal swimming pool, parking, communal bins as well as a late night supermarket within a 3 minute walk of the apartment. There is also a clubhouse/restaurant close to the complex.

Hi Allan, thanks for taking the time to write a review of your stay. With regards to the delay in cleaning, unfortunately that was due to the workload of the cleaners and I can only apologise. When you informed us of the broken loungers our property manager was informed and they were replaced as soon as was possible. The pool situation is beyond our control unfortunately but is normally extremely well policed by the security guards in the complex. All guests are informed of the rules as part of their rental agreement, as you are aware.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ger (the owner) a message.

If Ger (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
