This stunning modern private villa was totally renovated and decorated in May 2016.

The property is perfectly located in a tropical oasis in the heart of Nueva Andalucia in a quiet area only walking distance from the jet-set glamour of luxurious Puerto Banus hosting exclusive beach clubs, shopping, restaurants, and more.

There are 5 light and spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms forming a genuinely peaceful atmosphere (double or single beds), each with its own AC and all with en suite bathrooms. Up to 3 extra beds can be added inside the larger bedrooms.

When it comes to amenities, this place has it all. AC, door codes, safe, alarm, bath and pool towels, 500 Mb fiber optics Internet, 75" Smart TV with 1000+ European channels, Netflix, Spotify, BEIN Sports, USB outlets in all bedrooms…

The house has a spacious kitchen where you will find everything you may need. The large dining table in the open and social living room is perfect for that big meal with your friends/family. The living room also consists of two large sofa beds to cozy up onto.

For those preferring to eat outdoors, there is al fresco dining for up to 12 people. Why not grill something nice using an authentic Argentinian BBQ?

The chic and tranquil garden is a perfect place to be and work your tan with a picture-perfect pool (heated upon request for an additional fee) and an outdoor shower where you can cool off.

Parties, DJs, outdoor music, and any other events that could cause excessive noise and bother neighbors are not allowed. If organized, the full security deposit will be void to cover neighbor claims, fines, and additional cleaning fees.
