Only 600 m from the beach, is this stunning, ground floor apartment, situated in a little exclusive prestigious gated community, with 24-hour security with guards. There is a beautiful landscaped garden, with swimmingpool and a little pool for children. The luxury appartment offers elegance and impeccable style and is decorated to the highest standard. It is arranged over one floor with a stylish entrance hall and a spacius lounge/diner leading on to the ample, south-facing, covered terrace furnished with a comfortoble seating area, dining area and sun loungers. Inside, the lounge/diner is colour co-ordinated and fitted with dining table, sofa and armchairs. The fully-fitted kitchen, has breakfast table, chairs and leads on to a separate utilityroom with washingmachine and drytumbler. The beautiful, colour co-ordinated bedrooms, are both furnished with quality fittings and consist of the master bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and enjoys the use of the en suite bathroom, which is fitted with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, is furnished with twin quality beds, an armchair and also enjoys fitted wardrobes. The guest bathroom is also fitted with a large walk-in shower. El Embrujo Marbella is situated in an exclusive and quiet area , but you have only a short walk to the Puerto Banus marina, with all the exclusive shopping, restaurants and nightlife, if you want. In walking distance, you have a Carrefour store, just near. In 200 meters you have a paddle stadium, if you want to play. Nearest golfcourse is Real club de golf Guadalmina, 4,0 km away, the oldest golfcourse on Costa del Sol, with two 18 hole courses, South and North, also a short course. But with car you reach 6 golfclubs in five minutes. The famous restaurant, Tragabuches (famous Dani Garcia restaurant), is only 300 m away and you have many "chiringuitos" on the beaches. You have also walking distance to the famous Ocean Club and La Sala by the sea, if you want to go to a beachclub, for joy and fun. So you reach everything you want/need in walking distance, from the apartment, you don´t need a car, but if you have a car, you can park safe in the garage belowe the building. If you want to do some excursions with the car, I recommend Gibraltar 70 km away, Ronda is a beautiful place and also Mijas, the White village, in the mountains.
