This beautiful 350m2 4 bedroom villa/farmhouse set in its own 5,000m2 botanical garden with private heated swimming pool in the heart of the Orotava valley is one of the most spectacular properties on the island. The views across its lawns and Palm grove to Mount Teide and the sea are superb. The villa is completely secluded. Enjoy the luxury of not having neighbours.There is fibre optic wifi internet connection and Satellite TV. The villa has everything necessary for a wonderful holiday, including a very popular fully equipped outside kitchen with its own terrace where you can bbq overlooking the pool. The villa is located in a unique rural setting surrounded by plantations and yet only 5 mins away from Puerto de la Cruz and La Orotava. Ideally situated as well for sightseeing. There are many historically interesting villages to visit nearby such as Garachico, Icod and La Laguna.

Why can't I call Desmond (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Desmond (the owner) a message.

If Desmond (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
