This contemporary new 3 bedroom townhouse is located in the beautiful area of Bahia Las

Rocas, Manilva, close to Sotogrande, offering breathtaking views on every level of The Rock of

Gibraltar and the Mediterranean Sea. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers

3 bathrooms and a separate guest WC on the main floor.

Bahía Las Rocas is only 29 kms from Gibraltar offering a choice between flying to Málaga or

Gibraltar airports. On the lower floor there is a second lounge that is also able to be used as a

4th bedroom. This room is furnished with 2 single beds and is fitted with hot and cold A/C. The

lounge/bedroom enjoys a 65” TV, a large 4 seater leather sofa, armoire and also offers a desk

with a printer. This floor also has a large en suite shower room and has access to the communal

pool. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience. This modern and very spacious townhouse

is beautifully decorated and offers a relaxing and peaceful holiday in the sun.

The townhouse is full of light and space and is arranged over four floors. On the ground floor is

the spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktops which leads through to the

lounge. The lounge is furnished with quality furnishings and has a separate dining area. The

lounge and dining area leads out onto the terrace. The terrace is fitted with a sofa, small table,

arm chairs and a retractable awning. Also on this floor is the guest WC. Take the stairs to the

upper floor and the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed and

enjoys a private terrace and en suite bathroom. One guest bedroom is furnished with 2 single

beds and the other with a queen size bed. All bedrooms are fitted with built in wardrobes. There

is also a large guest shower room on this floor. Take the stairs up again and you access the

large roof terrace. This terrace is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a sail to give shade

during the heat of the day and a four seater sofa, arm chairs, tables and a new gas barbecue.

Enjoy the new barbecue, extended WiFi and upgraded bathroom fixtures. Use the nearby concierge for questions or concerns.
