Beautiful penthouse duplex apartment in the convenient and scenic La Almadraba resort

On the top floor, there are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one family room with three beds and separate family shower/bathroom.The family bedroom benefits from noise reducing windows which all but remove disturbance from outside and the nearby roads.

Downstairs, there is a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, a guest WC, lounge/dining area with dining table for 6 people. From the lounge there is access to the West facing terrace with views overlooking the communal swimming pool and out towards the neighboring golf course and hills in the distance.

The property has A/C on both floors. many properties now restrict the bedroom A/C to just 1-2 hours, by use of a timer. At LA 424,There is no limit or restriction on the use of the bedroom A/C during the night and the guests are entrusted to turn it off when not in use. Our aim is that you should enjoy your stay in total comfort.

All linen is provided and cleaning is included in the rent. All guests are also given a beach towel which can be taken out of the apartment. For under two's, there is a travel cot available free of charge but guest should bring their own linen for this.

In the summer, the terrace enjoys the sun from early afternoon until the sun sets over the hills. There is a terrace table and seating for 6 people. For ‘al fresco’ dining, there is a Weber gas BBQ for guests to use. (it is the guests responsibility to clean the BBQ before vacating or this can be done for a 20€ fee)

La Almadraba is one of the best situated resorts at Duquesa with the picturesque Marina and its restaurants, bars and cafes just a 5 min light walk away. The beaches at both Duquesa and Sabinillas are blue flag with excellent bathing water quality. The commercial center of Sabinillas with its large supermarkets, shops and banks is a gentle 10mins walk away.

In the well-kept tropical grounds of the resort, there is a nice pool area with sunbathing facilities (sun-loungers/parasols, WCs) and the area is secure so small children cannot wander off and there is a separate kiddies pool area. As the communal 'free' wifi can be overloaded in the summer, we have installed fast fiber internet for our guests for the summer months. This is fast enough for streaming. There are also Spanish TV channels available via the communal satellite. There is night time security at the complex and secure underground parking for one car.

Guests of La Almadraba 424 also have the use of two mountain bikes and a set of men's right handed golf clubs. (This is an extra service we provide but we cannot be held responsible if these are unavailable for any reason). Estepona golf club has an excellent driving range and is just a 10min drive away.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gareth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
