Beautifully impressive two-bedroom 3rd floor apartment, sleeping up to 6 people located in the much sought after exclusive front line beach resort development of Marina de la Duquesa one hours drive from Malaga and 20 minutes from Gibraltar.

This desirable gated urbanization with 24hr security has numerous facilities including 4 swimming pools with solarium and sunbeds overlooking the sea, tropical gardens, 2 Paddle courts, gym, library, ping pong tennis room, and secure underground parking.

Two Lifts providing access to all floors,

Free unlimited Wifi is also available in all common areas,

the apartment is also, only meters from the beach.

The property boasts a spacious open plan living-Dining room with comfortable seating and dining for six having direct access to the spacious terrace providing incredible Sea, Beach & Pool views. The Terrace is fitted with adjustable all-round Glass Curtains providing additional living space during the cooler months yet can be opened in the summer and may be adjusted to provide additional security for children, furnished with wicker furniture seating up to nine is ideal for Al Fresco dining.

This property is our second home, completely refurbished and decorated to an exceptionally high standard including Venetian Plastered walls and designer mood lighting in the lounge, also provided is a 52inch Smart flat screen TV with built-in Harman-Kardon sound system, DVD, Apple TV, FREE super fast Fibre Otic WiFi providing unlimited channels and Internet access should you so desire. All furniture is from Italy

For your Safety we have fitted Smoke Alarms, fire extinguishers, Fire Blanket and First Aid kit

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials including a Coffee Machine, Wine Chiller, Washing Machine, Meile Dishwasher , Oven, Hob, Microwave and Fridge Freezer are the latest from Siemens. a Reverse Osmosis Water Unit negating the need for bottled water enables huge savings. A Laundry/Utility room adjoins the kitchen and also has views to the sea and over the pool. Fitted with designer lighting and newly decorated makes this kitchen a delight for preparing quick meals or gourmet dinners.

Two generously proportioned bedrooms, each with built-in His and Hers wardrobes with considerable drawer and shelving units.

The Master bedroom also has a remote controlled ceiling fan along with the built-in Air Conditioning unit. Having an Ensuite Bathroom comprising twin His and Hers Basins, Bath Shower over, WC and Bidet.

The Guest Bedroom has two brand new Single beds having an Ensuite shower room with full Shower cabinet, twin His and Hers Basins, WC and Bidet.

A hallway cloakroom is also available.

Additional fold up beds can be provided giving us a total occupancy ability of six people.

Marina de la Duquesa is a popular established development perfectly located directly on Duquesa Beach and adjacent to Puerto de la Duquesa Marina, home to international restaurants of all tastes, cafes, bars and night clubs for the younger generation.

Sight seeing includes numerous ruins and castles, Selwo Adventure Park, Ronda, Seville, Gibraltar and much much more. Estepona and the exclusive resort of Sotogrande are a 15min drive. Malaga airport is 1hr and Gibraltar airport 30 mins away. Marbella and the famed Puerto Banus a mere 20 mins drive. The Bioparc Zoo at Fuengirola is said to be the best in the world and is only 45 miles away.

For Golfers, there are some of the best courses in the region within a few mins drive, with five in Sotogrande including the famed Valderrama, the Finca Cortesin, Valle Romano and Dona Julia

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
