Villa “Autre Chose” is the ultimate in luxury vacations, an elegant and classy villa, located in the quiet residential area of Los Mojones, yet within easy access of the golden beach and resort of Puerto del Carmen.

The villa has been decorated to an extremely high standard, the contemporary decor and simple but stylish furnishings give the house a bright and airy feel throughout. This secluded luxury villa can sleep up to eight guests, sits on a prestigious plot with fantastic outside space, 8m x 4m private heated swimming pool, hot tub and children's pool which are enclosed by the volcanic walled gardens with fountain. The villa is further enhanced with 2 separate areas, Crazy golf, bar with American billiards, table tennis, darts and the New Orleans-style covered terrace for relaxing on a hot day.

This villa offers spacious open plan living with air conditioning in the lounge and all 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans. It's exquisite and beautifully planned lounge with leather sofas you can watch the 50” plasma T.V. with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Netflix and full SKY package satellite programs. Fibre Optic Internet is available throughout the villa so you can listen to your favourite music with the new Apple Homepod, a breakthrough speaker that adapts to its location and delivers high-fidelity audio. Also available are DVD’s, a music centre, games and books. Guests do not need to bring their own laptop computer or I-pod station.

Leading out by its double doors to the terrace and pool area, you will find an impressive BBQ and great outdoor dining area space. For guests looking to self-cater you can enjoy a modern style kitchen, fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a variety of smaller appliances designed to make catering nice and easy.

The villas boasts two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, 3 en-suite and 1 family bathroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bath robes and beach towels are supplied, as is a baby cot, high chair and baby bath.

A complimentary welcome basket is included on arrival. We provide an Eco-friendly cleaning service with a full clean and linen change once a week. Towels are supplied for the week with 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels allocated to each person per week. The property is alarmed with a safe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
