The normal arrival and departure times are 2pm and 10am respectively, although not many people are normal! Please let us know your preferred times to enable us to be as accommodating as possible.
The accommodation consists of one large room with kitchen area, bathroom with walk in shower, generous sized balcony, equipped for two people, facilities include a king size bed, flat screen satellite T.V., DVD player, safe, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, free washer & dryer on site, shared swimming pool.
A small, select, complex, situated in a desirable, quiet, coveted area of Puerto Del Carmen. The studio has a south facing balcony overlooking the harbour/new marina where you can observe all the comings and goings of the fishing fleet, tourist boats and open ocean. The sea views from this apartment are not the usual distant blue gap amid the rooftops, that other sea view claimants have, they are completely unrestricted & breathtaking!
All amenities are in the immediate vicinity, a short walk will take you to the cliff top promenade or down to the harbour and some of the best restaurants on the island.
Although the apartment is on the top floor, there is only one short flight of steps(10) to the apartment, with the added benefit of amazing views, no over head noise, with privacy & seclusion that the other floors can not offer.

We stayed in apartment 42, Las Terracitas, and had a nice week. A few problems with tiny insects on sink area and table. Would not go away. Had to be extra careful when preparing food. Didn't want any extras on the menu. I'm sure the correct insecticide would easily eradicate this irritating nuisance. Towels were very thin, but there was plenty of them, so not a problem. The apartments were very quiet at all times, but the best thing of all was the view. Magnificent, unobstructed panorama. Spar shop and a few bars on the doorstep was very beneficial. Would definitely book again, provided that the uninvited visitors had left the building.
Response from the owner Aww bless, first time abroad? The minute ants you refer to are as much part of Lanzarote as the lizards & gecko's are, maybe you would have me wipe those out too? Learn to live along side nature rather than eradicating it, you will learn that ants particularly are amazing creatures.
Lovely wee studio apartment ideal for the two of us as a base quiet complex lovely views over the harbour. Quite a few wee ants in apartment but apart from that no other complaints would return
Response from the owner Hi Sharon, I did put up a no entry sign for the ants but they seem to have ignored it. Quite e few wee midges last time I went to Scotland too.

The Las terracitas is amazing it got everything you need the views are stunning if you have walking difficulties this is not the place for you but the taxi are so cheap I would definitely stay there again like to thank Martin for letting us stay and thank John who looks after the place what a nice chap

“Really enjoyed my stay”
Aside from having to declare war on a few mosquitoes, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I couldn't fault the apartment itself (apart from the ceiling fan, but that wasn't really much of an issue overall). I used to live on the island and come here every year so having a little place to stay like this was perfect for my needs. Great location, great facilities, fantastic views and the surrounding area is just lovely. Just far away enough for peace and quiet but not too far if you want to get involved in the hustle and bustle. For those who don't like hills, there are taxis available. I quite enjoyed the exercise though! Would highly recommend and will try to stay here as often as I can in the future.

Following your note I did check the fan, I'm afraid to say it is working, it's a two way switch controlled from the main door & by the bed, settings are also available on the fan itself, a mention to the manager would have sorted that out. Sorry about the mozzies, if they are about, keep the door closed around dusk & put the fan on, eek! I was dismayed to see the state of the patio table cloth, I have never had one deteriorate so quickly before, it goes to show how much sun we get I guess. “Excellent Views and very comfortable bed”
This apartment is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. We loved staying there. If you have a heart problem you will struggle with the hills, I got round this by walking down to the old town or the Strip and got a taxi back. Taxi's there are cheap. Marios which is 2 mins from the apartment is a must there rib's are amazing. All in all amazing apartment a comfortable bed and with everything you need.
“Comfortable, value for money rental in good location”
Clean, comfortable and for a studio, very spacious and bright. Wonderful view over harbour from balcony which enjoys sun until late afternoon. Supermarket, bars and restaurants just next door. Quite a lot of steps and a steep hill to and from harbour and town so I would not consider it suitable for people with restricted mobility.
Very nice studio with all things you need for perfekt holiday. Fantastic seawiev from the balkony, sun all day long. Very pleasant comunication with mr. Whomes

This is a dream Apartment with stunning Sea Views and Everything close By..ideal for single/couples, with sun drenched Balcony and sun lounger Area.Great Beaches just a short walk and plenty shops.500 yrds away at Pizza/Bar Resturant Breakfast 3/5 Euro 10/10... internet can be purchased online at location £20 for 2 weeks fast too...Dream Location at a Fantastic Price Owner Very Helpfull with Airport Pick Up!!!
