Agua Brava is situated in a quiet part of the "Old Town" area of Puerto Del Carmen, just a 10 minute walk down to the harbour, Playa Chica and the water-sports quay, or a 15 minute walk to the main beach, Playa Grande, and the sea-front shops bars and restaurants. The apartment is nestled on a quiet, private, gated complex of only 22 units. It is a comfortable and spacious ground floor apartment with a large terrace where you can enjoy views of the garden and pool and also see out to the ocean. We provide complimentary WiFi and satellite tv with a wide variety of channels inc movie, sport, UK tv etc. The accommodation comprises of open plan well equipped kitchen, dining and living room. There are two bedrooms: the double has a big comfortable king sized bed and the twin room has two equally comfortable single beds. The apartment has a washing machine. We provide both bathroom and beach towels and of course bed linen.

There are restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bus stops and a taxi rank within a 4 minute stroll of Agua Brava complex.

For a holiday combining poolside with beach, Agua Brava is an ideal base. For those wanting to tour the island of Lanzarote there are a wide variety of coach and boat excursions well worth investigating. Alternatively there are plenty of car hire agencies if you want to explore the island at your own leisure. We are also just a short drive from Lanzarote Golf course.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Declan (the owner) a message.

If Declan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
