La Lavande is a very special villa, designed for privacy. La Lavande is home sweet home in a well established location and will appeal to couples or families seeking quality accommodation without the need for car hire.

Villa La Lavande is located in the central residential area of Puerto del Carmen and is just five minutes walk to the beach and the main street with shops and restaurants. Decorated with a touch of Provence, you will find the villa has everything and every detail has been thought of. The main living and dining area has a lovely atmosphere with air conditioning where you can relax and enjoy the SMART TV 50". Free fibre optic internet is available throughout the villa and listen to your favourite music with the new Apple Homepod, a breakthrough speaker that adapts to its location and delivers high-fidelity audio. There are two bedrooms, both beautifully decorated with two elegant bathrooms both one with walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, electric kettle, blender, juice maker, washing machine and many more items for your convenience. From the kitchen you step out to the patio with BBQ table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining. This leads on to the heated swimming pool and sun terrace and Jacuzzi.

A complimentary welcome basket is included on arrival. We provide an Eco-friendly cleaning service with a full clean and linen change once a week. Towels are supplied for the week with 4 bath towels and 4 beach towels allocated to each person per week. The property is alarmed with a safe.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
