This apartment is the largest Lago Verde suite with extensive sea views and is first floor, with no-one above you above It is maintained by Lago Verde for your on-site assistance.
It is situated in a cul de sac away from the main road and is quieter than some other estate properties.
With wonderful views from most rooms the accommodation sleeps up to 6), having 3 fitted bedrooms, one double and two with twin beds.
The lounge with uninterrupted coastal views that constantly grasp your gaze, leads both internally to a modern fitted kitchen area with hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, breakfast bar and also outside to the sun-terrace with separate areas for both sunbathing and al fresco dining.
Eating here whilst the ocean sunset concedes to the panorama of the Old Town’s lights is a particular pleasure.
The lounge also provides comfort and amenities with CD/radio player, DVD player and TV showing a large selection of streamed satellite channels.
In Suite Wi-Fi is included.
The two shower rooms are fully tiled.

This is a privately owned apartment. The online calendar is promptly updated. Please enquire for weeks during all blank calendar periods and other periods if alternative apartments would be acceptable.
House linen and towels are provided. Weekly maid service plus mid-week towel change included. An on-site Laundry operates, purchase a token and powder from Reception (Washing Machine).
On the estate you will find a snack/licensed bar conveniently located next to the attractive swimming pool and sunbathing terraces.
Although restful Lago Verde is a short walk from the main shopping area and the refined night retreats of the harbour frontage
Local shops, bars and Restaurants are 200 yards away and the town/harbour with a superb selection of fish restaurants are all within 5 minutes’ walk; sandy beaches are around 12 minutes’ walk from the complex.
La Bamba restaurant opposite provides quality and value - there are many family venues at the Centro Montana Tropical at the Southern end of this small estate.
Reception is manned by multi-lingual staff and provides all general information, excursion bookings, internet access and safety deposit boxes. They can also supply a token for the on-site laundry. There is a bi-weekly maid service with towel change.
Wi-Fi is available in Reception and Pool Bar as well as in Suite.
The pool is heated/acclimatised during the winter months. Though uncovered over-night.
Lago Verde has a Touristic License and this suite is advertised on behalf of the apartment Owner by arrangement with the Sole Agent.
Responsibility for the standards and conditions of the services rests locally with Lago Verde.
If not hiring a car one of the many queuing taxis at the airport is all you need for the 12 minutes ride.
Parking is not allocated but is freely available at the top and bottom of the Estate.
Tias golf course (new) is 4 miles away - arrangements are being made to pay green fees locally.
PLEASE NOTE: flights home from Lanzarote are often afternoon/evening but our apartments have to be vacated by 10am. Luggage storage is normally available on Lago Verde but book an extra day to ensure a leisurely end to your stay.
Cancellations, or short notice date changes, are subject to a 80€ fee. This is due to the same levy being applied, on the Owner, by the Lago Verde complex.
