Fabulous. Very bright apartment. Pet consult before renting is located in the center of Puerto del Carmen, in the old town. With spectacular views of the boathouse ...! close to restaurants. supermarkets .pharmacies. medical assistance center Restaurants bars. public taxi service .autobuses. etc. Free public parking. ... beaches at 250 meters. familiar trade . punctuality with the delivery of keys. Thank you for your time. I have a large fridge available. etc. ladies and gentlemen .obs (if you are interested in apartments 6534483 _ or 6584689). who already know me. thanks for your attention . And sorry for the inconvenience ... I only rent for vacations. No fixed rent. the ground floor is 3.47 tall is very cool! Now you have in the apartment. Many English channels. Germans .etc. There are also films in English, German .etc. Please, friends, rent without cleaning service, since the floor will be very nice and cheaper. There are 20 towels and linens at your disposal. Without having to ask for it. keep in mind that it is a private flat just for you .etc. Few do that. And they don't have to share the flat with anyone. The price is fair. do not forget the apartment the guest can be calm, I am honest, nothing disappears on that floor. very sure . am i honest and responsible? I changed the houter. You already have wiffi in the large kitchen and terrace. there is also new hydro with enough power in the water. landa

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Landa (the owner) a message.

If Landa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
