An extremely spacious, split level terrace surrounds a large heated swimming pool .The bungalow is located on a quiet, prestigious development of properties which are only a short walk from the attractions of Puerto Del Carmen. The property is light and airy throughout with attractive furnishings and patio doors ensuring guests can enjoy the spectacular views. The open plan lounge and dining area is comfortably furnished and leads to the well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, stylish built-in wardrobes and en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead onto the upper terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and use of a second bathroom with full suite and overhead shower. The villa can accommodate 4 people in the existing bedrooms and an additional child under 12 years of age on a fold-a-away bed.
