The studio-apartment is located in the suburb of Majada Marcial in Puerto del Rosario very close to the ring and Fuerteventura Bus Station and 6 km from Fuerteventura Airport. It is a very quiet residential environment and has in its environment playground and recreation area. A 3 kms is Playa Blanca, a beautiful beach with sand dunes and only 30 minutes walk. Playa Chica is also an urban beach of golden sand with solarium 1.5 kms. We offer the shuttle service airport-duplex and bike rental is ideal for 2 people and is quiet and cozy for a good holiday. Its position in the middle of the island is a good way to explore the North and South and you can find cheaper prices in the room and buying food and gifts. It has 1 bedroom-living room-kitchen type apartment, with 1 bathroom and a terrace. Tv has a 32 '' LED, cable and wireless internet and international TV channels. linens, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen utensils are provided. It has two sun loungers on the terrace to enjoy our privileged climate and to get away from stress. The sun shines in the front yard only in summer period.

Noi non siamo affatto d'accordo con il vostro punteggio o con i vostri commenti. Appartamento di pulizia è fatto con cura e può occasionalmente la donna delle pulizie può anche essere sbagliato. Non si deve giudizi di valore, valutare la nostra risposta per risolvere i problemi incontrati e questa risposta è stata immediata al problema rilevato. Per quanto riguarda alcune formiche e insetti deve sapere che nelle Isole Canarie da umidità e calore in aumento insetti estivi. Non è un problema la pulizia dell'appartamento, si tratta di un problema nelle Isole Canarie. Molti turisti che ci visitano spesso sanno di questo problema in Canarie Nessuno ha lamentato il nostro letto per più di 2 anni che abbiamo con l'appartamento, ma nonostante questo abbiamo comprato un nuovo letto si estrenaste. Questo dovrebbe anche mettere nei vostri commenti. Hai appena detto fallimenti e non si riconosce lo sforzo che abbiamo fatto per rimediare ad eventuali problemi che possono sorgere. Per quanto riguarda le foto dell'appartamento queste immagini sono reali e corrispondano esattamente adatta alla realtà. Non hai detto che inviamo un sacco di foto e informazioni video dell 'isola per rendere il vostro soggiorno più confortevole nella nostra isola e in diverse occasioni abbiamo inviare messaggi. Forse si dovrebbe avere soggiornato in un hotel o in un altro appartamento più alto prezzo. Ciente possono vedere le altre valutazioni di questo appartamento.

Why can't I call Rafael Berto (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Rafael Berto (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rafael Berto (the owner) a message.

If Rafael Berto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
