Beautiful 2,084 sq. ft., rustic Beach Front Home. Walk down the stairs directly onto the beach. Located in the private community of Santo Tomás, an hour south of Rocky Point. This is in the quietest, most family friendly development along the northern Sea of Cortez.

Santo Tomás is a development that has 2.5 miles of beach with only 40 homes so you can feel as though you have the place entirely to yourselves. Beyond Santo Tomás you can travel 15 miles south along completely undeveloped property until you reach Desemboque. You can also travel north for 15 miles and only encounter five homes 3 miles north.

Master bedroom has ocean views and you can walk out your door onto the back porch then down to the beach. It has a king size bed and futon, with a private bathroom that includes a custom tiled walk-in shower.

Second bedroom also has ocean views with direct beach access. It has a queen size bed and a futon with a private bathroom that includes a custom tiled walk-in shower.

Third bedroom has two bunk beds (single on top and full on bottom) plus a queen size bed with a shared bathroom.

Comfortably furnished living room has fantastic ocean views and direct beach access.

Large front and back patios with patio furniture and an outside shower to wash off the sand when you come off the beach.

There is an expansive, two-level rooftop terrace with seating that offers unequalled 360-degree panoramic views of the Ocean and desert.  

It has a fully equipped kitchen.  Appliances include washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave.  Linens and towels are provided. 

Groceries and sundries are available in the small Ejido Alvaro Obregon 7 miles east.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Santo Tomas (the owner) a message.

If Santo Tomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
