• Master bedroom and Luxurious Patio offers a 32' wall mounted LED TV with Roku for streaming internet TV including Netflix & iPod alarm clock station

• High Speed Internet, plus Wi-Fi for your wirelsss devices

• 1 additional sleeping area that is a top-of-the-line brand new Ashley sleeper sofa with a queen size bed which offers a 5 inch memory foam mattress, its so comfy. We also have a sleeper ottoman that opens into a twin bed, this is great for an additional guest

Nice place to stay great patio furniture and view. Pull out couch mattress was beyond thin as well as the extra roll out bed. We were not even able to sleep on them. As for the kitchen, the utensils w… More

Thank you for your review and we will see tonit the utensils are replaced. Guests tend to take them without our knowledge. Not sure about the pullout mattress since it is a memory foam and the best available and have had grown men sleep there and actually said it was super comfortable but I will look into it as well.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Steven (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
