Relax in this luxurious and spacious 3,600 sq ft two story beach house. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa by the ocean is located on the north coast of the Dominican Republic in a gated residential seaside village called Costambar. Costambar is just minutes from the prestigious Costa de Ambar, Puerto Plata. This private beach villa is newly renovated and furnished with a modern island feel. This spacious single family home offers a full modern kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 newly remodeled bathrooms. The over-sized spacious bedrooms offer a king size, queen size, and two full sized beds. The home rental also includes ceiling fans, AC units in each bedroom, flat screen TV, WIFI, cable, electricity, water, new appliances, and a 1 car garage. The outside of the house offers a surrounding privacy wall, covered front patio, open floor plan, private garden, and a over-sized pool. You will enjoy the privacy of the property which includes the private pool fenced entry and balconies that overlook the ocean and spectacular mountain views. This oasis beach home is only steps away from the white sandy Costambar private beach. Costambar is a private gated beach front community that offers a beautiful mile long crescent Caribbean beach. The shoreline is fully protected by a living coral reef, which makes for a gentle tide and warm waters. The shallow surf zone allows for playing, swimming, and snorkeling. Costambar beach offers friendly dining, including fresh seafood, bars, and lounge chair rentals. This charming beach community also has several local restaurants and bars within walking distance. As well as a local pharmacy, supermarket, and beauty salon within a 10 minute walk. This community is known for its diversity because it is a popular destination for Europeans and Canadians to visit.

Puerto Plata airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car. World famous Sosua Beach is a 25 minute drive. The historical Puerto Plata city center is a 10 minute drive away. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ana / Jay (the owner) a message.

If Ana / Jay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
