Seafront partment with wonderful views on the quiet pedestrian area of Puerto Pollensa more exclusive Pinewalk, strategically located to walk anywhere

Apartament of 100 square meters with three bedrooms for seven people, air-conditioned full and free WiFi.

A master bedroom with double bed (king-size) and a large wardrobe of clothes. A second bedroom with two single beds and a third bedroom with three bunk beds.

Two bathrooms, one full and one with WC / shower. Kitchen equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob induction, function oven turbo, dishwasher, washing machine, juice Squeezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, mixer, crusher, electronic scale...

Table and living room for seven people.

A home to enjoy with family for a few days of beach, Sun, and places of cultural interest.

From the apartment you can see your children play on the beach or the best sunrises from the comfort of home.

Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and traditional Wednesday market are a few meters, perfect for walking.

You can rent bicycles in several local rental, the more close in 50 metres.

Golf lovers are in luck since you can enjoy two different courses one located in Pollensa to about 12 km. and other Golf Alcanada Alcudia approximately 12 km.

If what she really likes is the diving there are two professional schools PADI at the port of Pollensa where they will be happy to immerse yourself in the most exciting seabed.

In the Marina (500 m.) are several companies of boat rentals as well as the ferry that will take you in comfort to the beach at Formentor, where you can spend a day in a privileged beach 25 minutes Ferry, also is accessible by car.

Past the Marina will find the services of its school of sailing situated 1 km. distance there also you can practise water skiing.

Pollensa is only 5 km away and there you can find a real small Majorcan town full of history, must visit 'Is Calvari' and have a coffee or tea in the cafe "Ca´n Moixet" in the main square.

During the summer months we organize in to the cloister of Pollensa concerts of classical music, if you are lucky enough to match your stay with one of these concerts not to be missed, musicians are world-class and the environment is unmatched.

The location is excellent, very close to beach, shops and Restaurants, but not noisy when in the apartment. The apartment is very spacious with all amenities that you would need, apartment clean, the only criticism I would have is that the apartment is dated and needs refinishing to update
