Welcome to our wonderful luxurious Villa in the beautiful Bakers Hill in Puerto Princesa City! We offer a full house with 12 rooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchen, 4 toilets at about 320 sqm (3440 sq feet) on two floors. Beautiful landscape, fresh air, wonderful view to the mountains and embedded in a paradise garden of 3000 sqm (32,290 sq feet). Enjoy our large pool, the fresh fruits in the garden, the sundown view on the terasse or balcony.

Nice neighbourhood (this area is the best place for expatriates to stay, completely fenced and scure, additional houses/rooms for service persons, Badminton-square, secure water and energy supply. Palawan is the booming Island in the world so secure yourself the best place on the sun.

The Philippines's Palawan Island was voted no. 1 island in the world by US-Magazin Traveller Conde Nast - and you will easily see why.       We have a 24/7 safety guard in a small bodega house at the entrance. This people also care for the pool and the garden. To come to us you need to hire a car or a taxi (we can give you phonenumbers). One part of the road is very bad, you can not use a tricycle there. We offer one free pickup from the airport. You can also rent our 4WD for 2800 Peso/day.
      Very near by are restaurants (Bakers Hill) and recreatiation and adventure park (Mirta Ranch). Nice beaches are arround 7 km away.

      Update March 2019: Roads: The government finally concrete most of the way to our house, so there is only a small part bad road. We heard it will be fixed in 2020. Water: Our water-system is working well and there is pressure and power. Only at the moment Puerto Princesa City has "water crisis alert no. 2" since there was no rain the last 4 month. This situation will even get worse the next 2 month because of "El Nino". There will be shortage of watersupply. We have our own deep well and a storage of 4.000 liters in tanks and try our bst to provide our guests with water. TV: We use Satelite TV Cignal. It is working well. Communication: We always give the number of Janry to our guests. There is also a housekeeper 24/7 on the property, so there is no problem to reach us, per phone or whatsapp or mail.

      If Fairy Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
