En la planta inferior, tenemos un amplio vestíbulo, salón-comedor, cocina independiente, aseo y patio con acceso desde la cocina; en la planta superior, cuenta con un dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio con armario empotrado, dos dormitorios dobles con camas nido con armarios y mesas de estudio, un baño completo y una terraza tendedero.Aire acondicionado frío-calor en salón-comedor y planta superior. Lavavajillas, microondas, vitrocerámica, horno, lavadora, frigorífico combi, tostadora, menaje de cocina, plancha, TV. Acceso a través de un jardín comunitario cerrado. Toallas y sábanas incluidas. ACTIVIDADES Y ATRACCIONES

A 10 minutos en coche de Cádiz y sus magníficas playas (Cortadura, La Victoria...).Puerto Real se encuentra a 20-30 minutos de las playas de La Barrosa (Chiclana), y un poco más adelante, Conil, Vejer de la Frontera, Zahara de los Atunes, Tarifa, etc. A unos 10 minutos del parque acuático Aqualand y a unos 15 minutos de Jerez de la Frontera, con sus bodegas. A unos 7 minutos en coche de El Puerto de Santa María y la playa de Valdelagrana.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send M Carmen (the owner) a message.

    If M Carmen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
