From the owner

The top floor includes a private master bedroom with ensuite bath, walk in closet, TV with Satelite, view of the ocean and jungle, private dipping pool, large private balconies and Palapa, air conditioning and sunbeds.

The main level has two verylarge bedrooms each with own full baths, TV;s with Satelite, DVD player, full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, overn, cook top, micro wave, granite counter tops and all appliances are stainless steel, eating breakfast bar, dining seating for 6-8 people comfortably, fantastic ocean and jungle views.

There is a large heated pool on the common lower level which also has sunbeds and ocean and jungle views.

The villa includes a cleaner once a week who will also launder the bedding if you ask. If you request more she is available for 250 pesos per clean and paid directly to her.

this villa accommodates 3 couples but in case of family groups with children, the rooms could include additional beds to accommodate 8 guests in total but will increase the rates.

WOW, there is a lot for us to discuss here. We did not know until 2 days before that the large pool of the building had to be shut down due to a major crack. We did not want to cancell their vacation over this only 2 days before they arrived. We are sorry for the hotter being not turned back on right away due to another unit being repaired. We did have the managers deal with it right away. The issue of the twin beds was a bit of a comedy but we did not now they required the beds split. Also we apologized for the helper not understanding English and did not leave enough bedding the first time. We did send him back to give them more bedding. No one including guests after them every found an issue with leaking in the ceiling but we are still watching to see if it every happens again. Yes the motor in the bath tub stopped working but we had a repair person there who rebuilt the motor and it was done in 3 days. We did compensate the guests for their troubles and tried everything in our power to make things right. Unfortunately they were not happy even with the compensation. If you ready my review from others you will see that this was an unfortunate rental. We do not live in PV but are always available to our guests. We have professional Managers available to deal with any items that come up and I think we did everything possible to try to make this work. It was unfortunate that it was not to their liking and in a quick enough time. Please remember this is Mexico and not the USA or Canada. Certain things take a bit of time to get done.
