Enjoy panoramic views of beautiful Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean westward to the famous Los Arcos ocean rock formations from private terraces of this detached two-storey, 3-bedroom, 3-bath casa nestled on the lush coastal hillside at Villas Altas Garza Blanca, located a short drive south of Puerta Vallarta, and an easy 5-10 minute walk down to two beaches.

From the cobblestone lane, unlock your arched wrought-iron gate and step up to a private, walled patio with pool and fountain. Inside the charming casa with its traditional whitewashed walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta tile floors, prepare to be wowed by the expansive ocean views from the open-plan living-dining area, kitchen, and spacious walk-out patio. From here, you'll be lulled into the perfect state of relaxation by the sight and sound of the ocean, and views around the bay of beaches, dramatic coastal hills, and Puerta Vallarta in the distance. (Even whales and dolphins can be spotted now and then!)

From the main floor, a few steps up lead to the bright, spacious third bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioner, semi-ensuite bath, west view of the pool and south view of the charming flower-lined lane and the lush green hillside beyond. On the second floor are two more spacious bedrooms with beautiful high, wood-beamed terracotta ceilings. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioner, ensuite bath, an ocean-view balcony for 2, and a south view of quaint tile rooftops and the dramatic coastal hills. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed from which to enjoy a magnificent view of Banderas Bay, air conditioner, ensuite bath, step-down sitting area, private balcony for 2 and a second, spacious west-facing balcony with table and seating for 4, perfect for cocktails while watching the sunset beyond the islets of Los Arcos.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How can I retract my booking request?

    You’ll need to contact Ken (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ken (the owner) a message.

    If Ken (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
