Description

This beautiful, fully equipped, traditional Istrian house is located in a small village Muntic just 10 kilometers / 10 minutes car ride from Pula . With its warm, rural atmosphere it is ideal for families looking to relax and enjoy their holidays in natural and safe environment while at the same time exploring ancient Pula's sights and its rich history. While being away of stress city rush and mass tourism bring, here you enjoy fresh air, peaceful atmosphere, scent of the flowers, birdsong and other natural blessings as well as good hosts!

The house has its own privacy, courtyard and a grill terrace. It is unique as it has 60 square meters of the interior (kitchen, large dining and living area and a small toilette are in the ground floor while 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are on first floor), 35 square meters of a private grill terrace and a wide garden. Just in front of house is covered grill terrace reserved only for you. Here you can enjoy in traditional Istrian delicacies, barbecue, group games (cards, monopoly, darts) or just hanging out with your family or friends on a warm, summer day. On disposal is also a wide garden with two swings where your kids can safely play, while you can sunbathe or play volleyball, badminton or just simply enjoy other activity on a nice summer day.

The house can accommodate up to 5/6 persons and includes: two bedrooms where one has double bed and other twin beds which can be arranged according to your requirements (twin or double bed), big sofa for 1-2 person, bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, dining area. Included in the price is also air condition, satellite TV (German, Italian, UK, Russian and other channels), Wi-Fi internet and a private parking area. You also get private grill terrace and access to a shared garden. Anyone looking for a complete peace, natural environment and fresh air is definitely going to like it.

House is located only 3 km from Pula airport. In the area of 10 kilometers (or 10 min car drive) there is city center (with restaurants, shops, monuments), while in the area of 15-20 kilometers there are lot of beautiful beaches and bays. Really close by (2 kilometers from the house) is the Nesactium - archaeological park which was the residence of the king of Histri during 11th century BC, featuring conserved architectonic remains from the Roman and Late Roman periods. There is a horse farm located 1 kilometer from the house (10 mins walking), for anyone who enjoys horse-riding activities. There is a small shop 200 meters from the house where you can buy daily groceries. For extra shopping there are supermarkets in the area of 8 kilometers (10 mins car ride).

The house is ideal no matter on the season; whenever you're coming you'll definitely enjoy in beautiful sunrises and sunsets, fresh air and nature.

The house is reserved for guests only. The owners (who are my mom and dad) lives next by and are available for any inquiry, information, assistance you may need or just to give you recommendation what to see, where to go as well as about local culture. If guests want, my family can assist with barbecue and help them prepare traditional Istrian dishes with fresh groceries.

How do damage deposits work?
