The holiday apartment is located in Pula, located on the southern Istrian peninsula. The city represents a fine blend of old and modern city where many famous writers and composers have found inspiration for their masterpieces. The city's panorama is dominated by many cultural and historical monuments, which today form the unique setting of various cultural and artistic events. Tourist facilities are located outside the city in the forests to the sea.

Modern apartment is located from city center 1700 meters and distance from the most beautiful beaches is only 550 meters.

This amazing apartment of 65 m2 with private garden has a well equipped open kitchen to living / dining room with 1 double sofa bed, master king size bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and private garden. The apartment is situated close to the beach, coast, shopping, restaurants and city centre. Apartment is available for renting from Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 days. Welcome!

This modern designed and comfortably equipped apartment is ideally located for a relaxing holiday in Pula. It is situated just 10 min walk from the most beautiful beaches of Pula.

This unique and charming apartment, with fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms, has been tastefully furnished with your home comforts and requirements in mind.

The large and beautiful garden features, Sun-beds, Umbrellas and Barbecue facilities, while being surrounded by greenery. If you are arriving by car, there are plenty of parking spaces free of charge in the immediate surroundings of the house. Otherwise, there are various bus stops 2 minutes walk from the house.

At less than 5 minutes walk you can find as well a playground for kids, tennis courts, trim trail by the sea, football and beach volleyball playground etc.

The apartment includes all the comforts you need, such as Air-conditioning, Digital TV, and Free wireless Internet access. All the extra expenses are already included in this price: tourist tax, utilities, use of washing machine and cleaning.

Our guests are provided with towels & bed linen upon arrival which are changed weekly for longer stays.

Please note that Late deal offers and discounted price does not include air con. Air con is optional and needs to be purchase separately.

Apartments are situated in a safe residential area of the city of Pula, just 10 minutes walk from the beach.

In the immediate surroundings of the house, you will find plenty of local restaurants to choose from, grocery shops, a post office, a bank and a medical centre….An ideal location for a relaxing holiday!

Each apartment has its own private entrance and a large terrace.

The beautiful garden rich invites guests to relax while enjoying the warm Istrian sun. One child under 2 years of age goes free (per apartment).
