Located in a wonderful rural ambient ideal for those who wish to experience a peaceful and quiet vacation, with plenty of sightseeing possibilities, but also close to places with livelier spirit. Only 2 km distant from crystal clear water beaches.

House Ulika is located in a wonderful and peaceful ambient in the small village of Sisan, near Pula.

We suggest You to visit the 2000y old city of Pula with plenty of fine restaurants, beach bars, day and night clubs, and beaches, the antique roman Amphitheatre (10km from House Ulika), the Arch of the Sergii (ancient roman triumphal arc), the archaeological museum and various other cultural sights.

House Ulika is surrounded by a large garden with children playground. The house is furnished in a rustic style and has 2 floors.

House Ulika is 10m close to public transport (bus), 100m from the local market and 2 km from the beach (which is also reachable by bike). Sisan village is 8 km distant from Pula and 5 km from Medulin, places where you can enjoy in plenty of restaurants, day and night bars/beach bars and clubs.

Why can't I call Sandra (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sandra (the owner) a message.

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
