Modern furnished luxury holiday villa with a private swimming pool, sun terrace with traditional stone grill garden area

This spacious two-storey luxury villa is situated in the small village of Ušići Dvori near the town of Pula on the sunny Istrian peninsula in the northern Adriatic Sea, an ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with friends or family.

The villa was built in 1961 and has only recently been completely renovated in 2023. It offers a two generous living-/dining area, two fully fitted kitchens, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The air conditioned living area on the ground floor is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, wide flat screen satellite television with USB port and a large wooden dining table with six matching chairs. Next to the dining area the open plan kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, four hob electrical cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. On the ground floor, you will also find two of the four bedrooms ( bedrooms are furnished with a 160 cm x 200 double bed, 80x200 single bed and spacious wardrobes each) and one of the three bathrooms. Two bathrooms have a spacious shower cabin and Bath tub, wash basin with mirror wall cabinet and a toilet, and in the lover bathroom you will found a washing machine for added convenience. A wide staircase leads to the first floor with the remaining two bedrooms, one bathrooms, toilet and the second kitchen which is similarly equipped to the one on the ground floor. Upper apartment has direct access to a spacious covered terrace with a large wooden table and chairs. Two extra bed for a child and a baby cot is also available. Reliable WLAN internet access is offered in the villa free of charge.

From the ground floor you walk straight onto the generous sun terrace and your private swimming pool which is surrounded by sun loungers and has metal stairs for easy and safe access. An extra large traditional stone grill in the fully enclosed 135 m² leafy garden area invites you to spend long barbecue evenings under the starlit sky. . Secure parking spaces are available right behind of the villa.

Your holiday villa is located only approximately 5km from the nearest beach, nearest cafes and restaurants are only about 3 km away. The tourist village of Medulin is about 9 km away, offering various shopping facilities and a good choice of restaurants, bars and night spots. The famous Roman amphitheatre in the nearby town of Pula is also always worth a visit.
