On the west coast of the island of Tahiti, facing the sunset, the Sunset Beach Carlton apartment is located in the very posh "Carlton Plage" condominium, unique throughout French Polynesia.

This luxury vacation rental offers services worthy of the largest hotels by its location and services. Indeed the residence is located on the sea, on the largest and beautiful white sand beach of the entire island of Tahiti facing the island of Moorea: Pk18 in Punaauia.

Its lagoon, translucent and full of fish is a show for all snorkelers, but also water sports such as stand-up paddle, kite surfing, kayaking or just swimming.

The Carlton Plage residence is crossed by a swimming pool as unique and as exceptional is being more than 120 meters long; it is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, allowing everyone to enjoy it in complete privacy.

The Sunset Beach Carlton apartment is a charming two bedroom apartment, furnished with taste and elegance.

With an area of more than 130 sqm, it is located on the floor of the residence overlooking the huge pool and garden.

All in parquet, it consists of a large living room, a lounge area with a leather sofa with chaise longue, it is equipped with a TV and a DVD player, an office area, an American style kitchen ultra equipped and very functional with appliances in number. The whole opens onto the entire width of the apartment on a very spacious covered terrace with a very large dining table on one hand and a cozy outdoor living room on the other.

The terrace of about 40m2 is planted with beautiful plants and includes electric roller blinds.

The Sunset Beach has two large air-conditioned rooms. The first furnished with a double queen size bed, large closets, a terrace and a bathroom with shower, the second one is very spacious, has a king size bed a bathroom with shower and WC, a terrace, cupboards and a television.

They are both side yard enjoying a total calm.

This seasonal hiring places at the disposal of its travelers:

❖ basic products (tea, coffee, juice, etc.),

❖ a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer,

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
