FARE MARGOUILLAT:Maison de vacance posée sur la plage , avec tout le confort moderne , et une vue sur la mer. Nichée dans un terrain de 2000m² qu'elle partage avec 3 autres maisons , elle est située au bord de l'eau .3 kayaks et 2 vélos sont à votre disposition . Le jardin est magnifique et fait notre fierté depuis pas mal d'années, il y a aussi des arbres fruitiers (pamplemousse ,avocats ,mangue ,citron, œil de dragon ,banane..) que nous n'hésitons pas a partager quand c'est la saison .Un petit supermarché très bien approvisionné est situé en face , de l'autre côté de la rue où vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut ; de même qu'un petit centre commercial avec pharmacie , restaurant. Nous avons installé une climatisation de très bonne qualité dans la pièce principale (mais pas dans la deuxième chambre pour le moment ) soucieux de ne pas modifier nos tarifs et afin de rester équitables avec tout le monde nous avons ajouté un compteur uniquement pour la climatisation comme de très nombreuses personnes ne désirent pas utiliser la climatisation, en mettant un compteur à part uniquement pour la climatisation cela reste équitable pour tous , nous faisons le relevé du compteur à votre arrivée et au moment de votre départ , vous réglez votre consommation à ce moment-là .Nous sommes A 25 minutes de Papeete (hors heure de trafic) et avec un arrêt de bus devant la maison .Nous vous conseillons si vous réservez à Tahiti comme dans les autres îles (moorea aussi les autres la voiture n'est pas utile)de réserver une voiture de location bien à l'avance car nous avons un afflux de touristes et pas assez de véhicules pour tous. La maison est parfaitement meublée et sa literie est de première qualité , les deux lits sont des KING SIZE( 2m x 2m) en matelas orthopédique pour des nuits tout confort il y a aussi un canapé clic clac dans la même pièce qu'un des lits , il peut recevoir 2 enfants ou 1 adulte à l'aise ou 2 adultes de petite corpulence si c'est juste pour quelques nuits.Le faré Margouillat doit son nom à une sculpture en bois sur le mur extérieur , il est composé de 2 unités; 1 partie studio/chambre cuisine, wc, salle de bain , et une chambre séparée avec un wc séparé également . Maison de vacance par excellence , son sundeck face à la mer vous fera oublier tous les tracas du quotidien. De plus je travaille à domicile , donc mon bureau étant aussi dans le jardin je reste à votre disposition pour toute question ou renseignement que vous pourriez souhaiter. Je travaille pour une société de travaux maritimes : TI AI MOANA j'ai donc une connaissance des îles approfondie et vivant depuis toujours à Tahiti je saurais faire au mieux pour vous aider dans la réussite de vos vacances .Attention depuis Mai 2019 la mairie de Paea a instauré une nouvelle taxe avec le service du tourisme, nous devons collecter 50 xpf par nuit et par personne afin de nous conformer à la loi locale. Cette taxe vous sera demandée à votre arrivée et vous trouverez dans la maison l'affichage de cette nouvelle taxe touristique.(soit 0.42 euros ou 0.47 dollars selon le change). La maison est réservée uniquement pour les gens qui l'occupent , nous nous réservons le droit de refuser les fêtes et la réception de personnes étrangères à la location.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Laurence (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
