My home is centrally located in Pune , with easy access to any part of Pune. The Mumbai - Pune Highway is only 50 meters away. Major Business houses like Bajaj Planet/ IT Tower( Next Door), Vodafone, Thermax, Colleges are all on near vicinity. Though the property is in the commercial hub, but still has its privacy as its inside a gated community. Eating joints are near by, Call Taxi services like UBER/OLA, are generally one to two minutes away. Shivaji Nagar Station is at a walking distance.

The space

Property is on the first floor and guests will have to use one flight of stairs.

Guests are free to use Kitchen. A LPG Gas stove with utensils / cutlery is provided.

Guests have free access to Living Room and Balcony. Free Wifi is accessible in all areas.

A Fully Automatic Washing Machine is provided for the guests. Clothes can be dried in the balcony. An Electric Iron is also provided.

The neighbourhood:

The property is located in a commercial hub of Pune called Wakdewadi on the old Mumbai-Pune Highway. For quick coffee n snacks Cafe Coffee Day is available inside Shoppers Stop shopping Mall, which is about 300m meters of walking distance. Small food joints are located in near vicinity. Guests can order food online via apps like Swiggy/ Food Panda/Zomato, Pizza Hut, McDonalds etc and food can be easily delivered. All major food joints are within a radius of 5 Kms including the ones at JM Road ( Jungli Maharaj Road) and FC Road ( Fergusson College), SB Road ( Senapati Bapat), Deccan & Karve Road/Laxmi Road.

RIMYI -Ramani Iyengar YOGA Institute is only 2.5 kms away and takes only 10 mins by auto rickshaw.

Getting around:

Taxi services like UBER/OLA/Auto rickshaws are 2 to 3 mins away. Shivaji Nagar Railway station is at walking distance. Pune Railway station is 3 kms away. Pune Airport is only 7 kms away. For guests travelling to/from Mumbai, drive 50 meters and you are already into the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway which gives you two options, either go straight via Old Mumbai- Pune Highway( Via Pimpri-Chinchwad) or join the road to EXPRESSWAY after 9 kms near Wakad.

Commercial establishments like Thermax, Bajaj IT Park, L&T Infotech, Emerson, Vodafone, Ace Perkins( Jaguar/ range Rover), Suzuki, Tata Motors, SBI and many more are all in walking distance. For shoppers there is Shoppers Stop, At Home, Raymond & Bombay Dyeing nearby. The COEP ( College of Engineering is also at walking distance. Other famous landmark areas like Deccan, Fergusson College Road, Jungli Maharaj Road, Laxmi Road, Karve Road, S.B.Road, Peth Areas are all in a range of less than 5 kms. The famous colleges like Fergusson college, Savitribai Phule Pune University, FTII, NFAI, Deccan College, Law College, ILS Law College, BMCC, Modern College, Symbiosis International University, MIT, Spicer Adventist University are all in a radius of 5 kms.

IT Hub Hinjewadi/ Magarpatta, Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park, Viman Nagar, DRDO, NCL, NDA, AFMC, College Of Nursing are in a radius of 10 kms.
