Accommodation Marina di Punta Ala HARBOR RESIDENCE The apartment is located in the popular seaside resort of Punta Ala, part of the municipality of Castiglione, in the Grosseto province. The area was developed in the 60s, and it became known for the popular sailing racings ' organized by the local Yacht Club Punta Ala ', the cradle of Luna Rossa.

Punta Ala is about 400 Km from Milan and 200 Km from Rome. In addition, about 18 Km there is the railway station of Follonica and about 100 miles the ' Galileo Galilei'Airport.

The apartment is part of the residential complex called ' the Harbour ', built in the ' 60s on the project of the architect Ignazio Gardella; the access to the area is exclusively reserved for the residents and it is controlled by an internal security service.

The apartment, which overlooks the harbor and has a magnificent view over the islands of Elba and Corsica in the distance and Cerboli enjoys an exclusive and unique location compared to other apartments in the residential complex. It spreads over two levels raised to street level, connected by an internal staircase.

It is developed as follows:-Large terrace overlooking the sea-1 double bedroom with very large walk-in closet and glass door opening onto the terrace overlooking the sea-1 bedroom (bunk bed) with built-in cupboard with glass door opening onto the terrace overlooking the sea-1 bathroom with shower-1 double bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en suite with patio doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the communal garden § The outer facade of the port side was completely renovated in § § Heating Pipe 2011 renovated in 2006 and in 2013 § Car parking only for residents in front of the harbor § The apartment can be split into two independent units Punta Ala Golf Club is located in a fantastic area with beautiful view of the sea and it develops on a length of mt. 6.168 The marina of Punta Ala (protected by a breakwater with a north entrance) is divided into three basins, with 13 piers and with 1.200 meters of quays extension; it has 893 berths, 90 of which are for transit boats with a maximum length and 28 meters to 4.5 meters maximum draft. The moorings are made without buoy, dock cleats and rings.

Punta Ala Yacht Club with is in the harbor and it overlooks the Tuscan archipelago and in particular, Cerboli and Pamaiola Islands. The club offers sailing school, restaurant, swimming pool and private beach.

Marina di Punta Ala is the Blue Flag award continuously since 1990 and the merit is relating to the environmental quality guarantee. The Blue Flag is an award given by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education).

European coastal resorts meet quality criteria related to the parameters of bathing water and services offered.

The Blue Flag is given for two merits: the Blue Flag beaches certifies the quality of bathing waters and shores, while the Blue Flag marinas ensures cleanliness of the waters adjacent to the ports and the absence of sewage: Punta Ala has both certifications.
