Building Policy: No Children under 12 years old

* We follow advanced cleaning practices due to COVID at the condo. The staff who will greet you will be wearing a mask and practice social distancing. The building staff is working hard to keep all high contact surfaces , like elevator buttons and handles, disinfected. You are required to have a COVID test leaving the country. It is very convenient and well organized to do this at the airport for $25.00 with results in 30-45 minutes. However, we have a new hospital in short walking distance who also do the test for $65.00 with results in 4-6 hours. We provide some face masks and hand sanitizer for your safety and comfort

You can swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub spa, then step on the beach to one of the most popular surf spots around. Then you can stroll down the beach and indulge in the street food or enjoy a meal in one of the many fine dining restaurants in town. Or you can sit on the beach and be served cocktails or cold beer or even have a soothing beachside massage. Or you can whip up your own beachside meal using the outdoor kitchen and barbeque at the pool

Built in 2008, this privately-owned secure condominium boasts 12 oceanview units .

The luxury condo is on the 5th floor and is approximately 2,000 square feet. This tastefully decorated two bedroom/two bathroom unit has a spacious kitchen that features high end finishes such as stone counters and stainless steel appliances. There is fiber optic internet, 49 Mbps, access in the unit.. The large living room has a 40" LCD TV, DVD player and Roku. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer in the unit. The large private wrap around balcony offers incredible views of Banderas Bay, including both sunrise and sunset view. All standard housewares such as: dishes, cooking utensils, towels, linens and bath towels are included in the unit..

Punta de Mita is an authentic village 40 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta that offers the best of both worlds for vacationers. While the town’s local identity is still intact, there has been a small luxury condo development along the beach allowing vacationers to enjoy all the beach town has to offer. There are a variety of dining options throughout the town – from a handful of a beach side restaurants to local taco vendors.

The owner will not be there but the property manager, Lety is always available. She will meet you with the keys when you arrive and show you around. She is able to gather gear you may need, organize airport pick up and return, stock the kitchen before you arrive, organize activities, make reservations, organize babysitting, arrange in-house massages...you name it! In our Guest Book there is an updated list of restaurants and activities you may enjoy as well.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nick Reeves (the owner) a message.

If Nick Reeves (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
