Two villas in a complex of four villas , infront of a swimming pool 200m from the beach.

Villas compex consists of 4 villas, Chloe, Ioli, Fedra and Danae built around a 96 sq. m swimming pool, 200 m. from the beach, with a mountain and sea view.

Each villa is suitable for 6 people and it is composed of3 bedrooms, 1 fully-equipped bathroom and 1 WC.

Initially, Daphnis Villas was built in order to provide you a unique stay experience.

Each villa is 110 sq. m. in size, divided into three floors.

GROUND LEVEL

As we are entering each villa -from the independent entrance at the ground level- we come across to a large, fully-equipped living room. The living room's floor is covered with the highest quality of marble tiles.

Next to the living room, there is the dining area, with a lovely view to the swimming pool. At the fully-equipped kitchen, you can prepare any specialty you desire.

On the ground floor, there is a small guest bathroom (WC).

Each Villa at its ground floor has its own space next to the swimming room with sun loungers, an umbrella, a coffee table and a 6-piece dining set.

FIRST FLOOR

As we are taking the marble staircase up to the first floor, we can see two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a spacious closet, and a TV set.

The other bedroom has two twin size beds, a closet, and a beautiful balcony view down to the swimming pool.

The bathroom is marble lined with a large bathtub. All bathrooms feature complementary toiletries.

On the first floor, there is a large veranda consisting of a 6-piece seating set. Basically, it is comprised of a second outdoor living room set, with a panoramic view of the sea and the Lefka Ori.

SECOND FLOOR

On the second level, there is a cozy loft which contains two twin size beds and a closet. The loft is directly accessed from the first floor with no door inbetween.

The hardwood floor of every bedroom is made of the highest quality of oak wood.

The Room Cleaning Service is provided twice a week and the bed linens/towels change twice per week as well.

Also, each villa has its own individual parking space.

The large centered swimming pool (96 sq.m) also consists of a Jacuzzi and a tot pool for children.

The outdoor area of every villa offers a room for relaxation as well as for other activities.

In the basement complex, there is a mini fitness center, which also has a sauna, steam bath shower (additional charges will apply) and a mini gym.

At the complex Southern side, there is a beautiful 600 sq. m grass garden where we can find a children's playground and a table tennis.

There is also a specially designed BBQ area with outdoor furniture.

My home is infront of Daphnis Villas.I would like to ask you to inform me the time of your arrival ( any time after 2 .00pm) and I will hand your keys. I will suggest you things to do. How do damage deposits work?
