The Eden villa of 230 m2 with swimming pool landscaped garden and panoramic views of the Bay of Arcachon invites you to spend a nice holiday, quiet, family or friends, in an exceptional environment. The villa is 250 m from the beach, 10 minutes by bike from the Dune du Pyla or 10 minutes walk from Moulleau, a lovely bustling village where the boats were joined Cap Ferret in 25 minutes . Nestled in a residential area, the villa can accommodate 16 people. It includes three levels pleasantly arranged. The ground floor opens onto the garden and the pool. It includes a large living room with open kitchen, fully equipped, and 3 bedrooms, 2 shower and toilets. The second floor offers a panoramic view of the Bay of Arcachon and the sun setting in the evening! In the living room, large windows open onto a lovely terrace of 70 m2 where you can enjoy the view at breakfast. There is also on this floor a second kitchen, 2 beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. On the top floor, 3 bedrooms with shower room and separate toilet. Around the villa you will discover and enjoy many activities: • Dune of Pyla (the highest in Europe, 3km) • boat trip around the island to the birds, the Banc d'Arguin, Cape Ferret, oyster beds ... • sailing Club (200 m) • International Golf (2km) • Thalasso (2km) • Swimming (beach 200 m) • shops 250 m • Riding • Fishing • Surf • Tennis • Hiking You can also enjoy a city break and visit Bordeaux at 70km, or explore the vineyards of Saint Emilion to 120 km.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If SOPHIE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
