- 1 bed apartment with a sofa bed available for up to three guests. (Can increase occupancy to 4 if we hire in an additonal mattress - prices for this will need to be enquired about)

Nice, clean, spacious apartment. The area is nice and quiet. There is a big pool in the complex, which you have all for yourself most of the time. The apartment is a 5 minute drive to the beach and to lots of restaurants. The owner is very friendly and very helpful! Will definitely come back next year!

Very nice and well equipped apartment. Has a balcony with beautiful sunsets. Located in a quiet and friendly area, nearby shops and right next to a bus stop that goes to Larnaka.

We stayed at the Pyla Palms Apartments for a week in April and this holiday was fantastic. The apartment complex was very clean and modern. The apartment had a lovely open plan layout, was wonderfully equipped and had the addition of the balcony which was great for those lazy brunches and warm evening dinners. The pool area was well maintained and we were able to enjoy swimming in the sun whilst Pyla village was nice but a little small so I would recommend a car. We were able to access the local areas easily and the local beach was only a short distance away. The Larnaca beach front boasts a lovely strip of shops, bars and restaurants so I would recommend that! A tremendous stay and will definitely be returning. Would strongly recommend this resort, lovely weather and a great relaxing place for couples or young families.

Why can't I call Kunj (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kunj (the owner) a message.

If Kunj (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
