The luxurious villa Pilias is embedded in olive groves on the edge of a small village on the southwest tip of the Peloponnese. The next typical Greek tavern is about 200 meters away and the nearest supermarket is 800 meters away. However, a car is , as the villa Pilias located in the countryside , is necessary. Within a radius of 10 kilometers, there are five different beaches , the nearest large village Finikounde with pubs, restaurants and shops is 5 km away. The main town of Methoni with its magnificent Venetian Castle can be reached within ten kilometers. Of course , there are numerous Besichtungsmöglichkeiten as the Bay of Navarino where the legendary battle against the Turks took place , Nestor's Palace, Old Messinie and Olympia is just as Mycenae only two hours away by car .

Und den Weg zur Villa Pilias wird eigentlich nur von den paar Anliegern benutzt.
Die Villa Pilias wurde erst 2012 fertiggestellt, hat drei Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnessküche, zwei Bäder, Sat-Empfang in HD, Heizung und Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Microwelle, Waschmaschine und eine komplett für sechs Personen ausgestattete Küche. Auf der Terrasse gibt es drei verschiedene möbilierte Sitzflächen, Liegen sowie eine große Markise als Sonnenschutz. Die nächste typisch griechische Taverne ist ca. 200 Meter und der nächste Supermarkt 800 Meter entfernt. Dennoch ist, da die Villa Pilias auf dem Land liegt, ein Auto notwendig. Im Umkreis von 10 Kilometern gibt es fünf verschiedene Traumstrände, das nächst größere Dorf Finikounde mit Pubs, Gaststätten und Geschäften ist 5 km entfernt. Der Hauptort Methoni mit seiner prächtigen venezianischen Burg erreicht man nach zehn Kilometern. Natürlich gibt es hier zahlreiche Besichtungsmöglichkeiten wie die Bucht von Navarino wo die legendäre Schlacht gegen die Türken stattfand, Nestors Palast, Alt Messinie und Olympia ist ebenso wie Mykene nur zwei Autostunden entfernt.
