We are happy to present this spacious, modern and recently refurbished four-bedroom villa located in the very centre of Gabala city at Ismail bey Qutqasinli Street.

Beautifully presented and very cosy four bedrooms, two bathrooms villa. Sparing no detail the apartment has been completely re-decorated to a high standard with modern furnishings, heated floors and fully air-conditioned. This villa containing everything needed for a fabulous family holiday or break away and set in secure area with great neighbourhood.

This villa looks has a view over mountains from all the angles and is a short walk to all the amenities you expect to be in city centre. The location is spot on with few minutes walk to gym, markets, bars, restaurants, parks, rivers, mountain resorts, Gabaland and many more.

The property features air-conditionings, heated floors, central heating, hot tabs, satellite TV, barbecue area with barbecue and samovar, WIFI and many more.

Large living room has a separate dining area and from the lounge you have access to the terrace where you can enjoy a nice lunch or dinner overlooking mountains.

This Villa has been recently refurbished to a high standard with new bedrooms and bathrooms. The entrance leads to a grand living room (60 m2) with open plan kitchen. Living room seats 12 comfortably and dinning area seats 6.

There is a new open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. A separate laundry area houses the washing machine and iron as well as second fridge.

Four bedrooms are located on the second floor. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The first master bedroom has a large king size bed. The second has twin beds. Third bedroom has single and double bed. Fourth bedroom has twin beds. There are also family size bathroom on the upper floor as well as ground floor.

Please note the check in time for the apartment is 12:30pm and check out at 11am. Depending on availability we can be flexible with these.

We speak very fluent English, so you will not have any language issues while renting this villa. What’s more, we will take care of your requests so you can maximize your time here in Gabala. Whether you would like us to arrange a airport pick-up, book a nanny or be pointed in the right direction for the best restaurants – we are always here to help. Car transfers from Baku or any other region of Azerbaijan can be arranged for very affordable price.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any sort of call girls, prostitutes and adult parties are STRICTLY PROHIBITED within premises! This is very clean and quite villa FOR FAMILY STAY ONLY and we expect our guests to treat this villa with respect and dignity.
