Zerniq (z sounding like z in zoo while q sounding like the q in queen) is a luxury 3 bedroom apartment in Misrah Simar Complex. This designer-finished accommodation is just a five minute walk from the main village square, a very popular venue full of popular restaurants and bars, yet it offers a quality relaxing and tranquil atmosphere.

With its large terrace overlooking the swimming pool area, our apartment is the perfect indulging getaway to the island of Gozo. Tastefully furnished, our property is equipped with a state of the art entertainment system including internet, IP TV,, Blue Ray Home Cinema System, WII console and games Free High Speed WiFi available throughout the apartment and pool area.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, (A generous number of free A/C units are given which will not be exceeded if A/C is operated correctly) with each bedroom also having ceiling or standing fans. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer,

Nespresso coffee machine and food processor.

Included in the rental is a two car lock-up garage inside the complex, and full use of all complex common areas including the two swimming pools and Jacuzzi.

We are also the owners and operators of Links Travel Group, a travel oriented business on Gozo for the last 30 years. Our offices in Victoria will always be available to our guests throughout their stay with us. We will meet all our guests to give them the keys, show them our apartment, give them a brief overview of the complex and its rules and give them the best hints which enables them make the best of our island. Our guests will also be given a 24 hour number where to contact us in emergencies and we will ensure that we are there to meet any of their requests, without being obtrusive in any way.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Konrad (the owner) a message.

If Konrad (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
