Situated in the best part of Qawra, St. Pauls Bay, 20mtrs from the main promenade, bus stops, 3 minutes walk from Malta National Aquarium and Cafe del-Mar. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and quaint bars to fulfill your demands... Just about the perfect short let to enjoy the very best St. Pauls has to offer!!!

This stunning Penthouse is located on the coastline of Qawra, St Paul's Bay access is gained to the 7th floor via a lift. Upon entrance you are greeted with an interior designer finish, which comes second to none! Accommodation for your comfort and enjoyment comes fully air conditioned, having an open plan aspect kitchen, living, dining area. Large patio windows offering a picture post card view of the Mediterranean sea, the outside terrace offers 120sq mtrs, so certainly no cramped feeling here with table, chairs, umbrella and BBQ for your convenience and that View setting your scene and one that you will surely want to take home with you!

Furthermore the living has a large 50" inch smart TV, large L-shaped leather sofa to relax and unwind in comfort, contemporary fitted kitchen fully equipped with the latest high spec appliances. Sleeping arrangements come via two bedrooms comprising of a double bed (or two single beds) shower en-suite, bedroom with double bed (or two singles) with a sea view and a separate bathroom with shower.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
