The Sparrowhawk is a cottage with a capacity of 8 to 19 people, 6 bedrooms, bathroom and bathroom, kitchen open to the living room of 70 m². That is a maximum capacity of 15 adults, 4 children and 2 babies. Access to the well-being area including a covered and heated swimming pool (30 ° C) 9m long and a hammam is offered for the duration of your stay. This space is shared between the customers of the Spa and the tenants of the gites: for that a planning is available at your arrival to reserve your niche. The basin remains a place of tranquility and relaxation. You will also enjoy 2500m² of garden, including a swing, a trampoline and games for children, private parking. The kitchen of the Sparrowhawk communicates with the living room, on a total area of 70m ² it is fully equipped (5-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle). In the living room, you will have a large central sofa and a TV, DVD player and playstation, baby chair, stroller, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and internet access (wi-fi). The heating consists of an automatic programming pellet stove. Finally, a small laundry room hosts the washing machine. The staircase on the left (kitchen side) distributes on the 1st floor: the family room, composed of a bed for 2 people (160cm), a single bed (80cm, child) and a cot. Important Information: Parties are not allowed. The use of a sound system is prohibited to respect the tranquility of other tenants and the tranquility of the place. On the 2nd floor: The family room, composed of a bed for 2 people (160cm), a single bed (80cm, child) and a cot. The staircase on the right (side living room) on the 1st floor: A room composed of a bed for 2 persons (160cm), an extra bed for a person (90cm) and a baby bed, a bathroom. On the 2nd floor: A bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a 3rd bedroom with a double bed (160cm), 2 closed giraffe beds and 2 closed giraffe beds (downstairs, 90 adult mattress, upstairs , mattress 80 child) (bottom, mattress 90 adult, top, mattress 90 child)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cyril (the owner) a message.

If Cyril (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
