Set within an exclusive elevated complex, this two storey luxury apartment is located within a 2 minute walk from town and boasts stunning views over Queenstown Bay, Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain Range.

The apartment is spread over two levels with the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area plus one bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped laundry located on the upper level. A further two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate entertainment area and sauna are located on the lower level. Each bedroom has its own television and bathroom!

Large floor to ceiling bi-fold windows can be opened right up to allow that all important indoor / outdoor flow between the kitchen, living area and deck. A schist stone gas fireplace is also available in the living area to provide ambience and warmth during the winter months along with underfloor heating throughout both levels.

The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and opens onto the private front courtyard.

The master bedroom which is located on the lower level can be configured as a SuperKing or split into twin beds and also has floor to ceiling bi-fold windows which open out onto a large deck with lake views. A private dressing room with built in wardrobes and a spacious ensuite with a spa bath are an added feature for this bedroom.

The second room on the lower level has two single beds, ensuite bathroom and also looks out on the lakeside with separate access to the lower deck. A rollaway bed is also available for an extra child if required.

This home is perfectly situated within a sought after location and offers style and flexibility for families, couples or individuals.

This house/apartment is very near the town, only issue is that it is up a steep hill but there are steps as an alternative. The main room and balcony have amazing views of the lakes and mountains. Hou… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Andrae (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
