This accommodation is a 3 bedroom house (V3) and is located in the Street Trancoso, in Casal de Cambra, in the municipality of Sintra, with direct access to the A9 - CREL (Circular Regional Exterior de Lisboa) and IC16 (Radial Pontinha), staying at a distance of 15 to 20 km of the line beaches Cascais and Sintra and the center of Lisbon (Latitude: 38.804063, Longitude: -9.231324). 2. The accommodation is furnished with a double bed and 4 single beds, with the maximum capacity 6 people spread over three rooms. Exceptionally it may be permitted one or two more people beyond the maximum capacity of the apartment upon payment of 10 € for each of the daily rate. 3. During the stay, the client is allowed to occupy a parking space within the property limits at no additional cost. 5. The accommodation is equipped with various kitchen appliances, except linen (sheets and pillowcases) and towels (face towels and individual bathroom), which are the customer's responsibility. However, the customer's request and only stays over 30 nights, bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional 40 € per stay. 6. With few exceptions (occurring in low season), the reservation of accommodation made by full week, with entries on Saturdays between 15:00 and 20:00 and departures on Saturdays between 10:00 and 15:00. 7. stays less than 30 nights, water charges, electricity and gas are included in the price list. In stays longer than 30 nights, only allowed in low season, the customer benefits from a 60% reduction on the daily rate but will be responsible for the cost of gas. 8. Unless otherwise agreed, the reservation is made only by the corresponding payment directly on the site by utilizaçãode bank credit card. 9. Generally, the day of entry, is charged to the customer a deposit not less than 100 €, which will be returned on the departure day, except in case of injury caused by negligence or misuse of equipment or disappearance of material goods from the apartment stations available by customer. 10. After confirming the reservation, the customer must match the owner or one of his sons, the time and place (the housing or elsewhere), the delivery of the keys and leave the prearranged departure time, where and to whom You must hand over the keys at the end of the stay. 11.
