Self-catering apartment (Street Meat) will disorient you with its elegant and colorful design. Comfortably furnished and equipped, you will appreciate this property for its beautiful living space. Located on the floor of a townhouse (85m2 duplex with terrace) it is located in the pedestrian center of Quimper, close to all amenities, 50m from the cathedral and museums. a comfortable and independent living room, large kitchen with terrace, two bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with bathroom and toilet / 1 modular room (two single beds or one double bed), a toilet, a separate bathroom, a bathroom and toilet, new bedding, linens provided (sheets, towel, dish towel), unlimited free WiFi, connected TV, bluetooth speaker. 10 min walk from the train station and the bus station, 15 minutes drive from Pluguffan Airport, 5 minutes walk shuttles to the islands Glénan, 3min free parking ... during the summer, the 41B bus from the center of Quimper, takes you to the beaches of Benodet. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nolwenn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
