Ocean Keys Cottage is a fully furnished, short term house rental, perfect for Visitors or Migrants to Perth.

You can enjoy this premium, yet affordable, furnished property as your base near Perth's northern beaches. With elevated views, lovely cottage style flower gardens, private alfresco courtyard, glossy timber floors, plush carpets and gourmet kitchen, your stay will be comfortable and refreshing.

Refrigerative air-conditioning is ducted to all rooms to keep you comfortable during Perth's hot days.

Linen, towels, tea/coffee/sugar, utensils, cutlery and cooking appliances are all provided for your convenience. Just bring clothes and personal items.

On the hill top of the Ocean Keys Town Centre at Clarkson, a family friendly district known by locals as 'Little Britain' due to the large number of English migrants here.

Walk to shops and pub or 5 minute drive to Mindarie Marina and the train to Perth.

Yours is the only bad review received from over 400 groups who have stayed at Ocean Keys since 2011. In the 18 months since your stay, I took your feedback on board to improve further, hiring new cleaners and implementing a much stricter check list and regular, professional full house cleans. This has resulted in a flawless cleanliness review for the past year, with guests consistently remarking how clean and beautiful the house is. So please know that your feedback both at the time of your stay and now with your review have resulted in real changes. In 2015 we have enjoyed an average 9.7/10 rating on booking.com and are on track for the same in 2016. I'd like to assure every guest of our commitment to a clean house and fantastic stay experience.

Why can't I call Andrew (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew (the owner) a message.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
